Research on Practical Application and Key Technologies of Healthy Building in South China

Abstract

The research introduces in detail the current development status of healthy buildings in Guangdong, South China. It also discusses WELL evaluation standard and the relevant certification cases of healthy buildings. This research analyses and compares the difficulty of scoring in terms of WELL standard certification cases (ocean-going Tianjiao), health building evaluation standard cases (Zijun prefecture, Nanhai Yiku) holding Guangdong province. Furthermore, key technologies based on regional suitability are proposed.
